These Terms of Use (TOU) govern access to and use of the FLE.re platform, an online French as a foreign language learning service offering structured courses, interactive exercises, and a conversational AI assistant.

By accessing FLE.re and using its services, you accept these TOU without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, we invite you not to use our platform.

FLE.re is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform dedicated to learning French as a foreign language. It offers structured educational paths according to CEFR levels (A1 to C2), various interactive exercises, native audio resources, and an AI assistant to practice conversation.

The platform is accessible online via a modern web browser and requires a stable Internet connection to function properly.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, particularly for maintenance, updates, or feature improvements.

Full use of FLE.re requires creating a user account. When registering, you agree to:

You are entirely responsible for all activities performed from your account. FLE.re cannot be held responsible for losses or damages resulting from non-compliance with these security obligations.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Create only one account per individual
• Be at least 16 years old or have parental authorization

FLE.re offers a limited free version and Premium subscriptions (monthly or annual). Current prices are displayed on our pricing page and include all applicable taxes.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, without prorated refunds.

Payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We do not store complete banking information on our servers.

In case of payment default, your access to Premium features will be suspended until regularization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of fraud or repeated non-payment.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of your account and possible legal action. We reserve the right to cooperate with competent authorities in case of illegal activity.

• Share, resell, or redistribute FLE.re content without written authorization
• Attempt to access FLE.re computer systems in an unauthorized manner
• Disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Use robots, scrapers, or other automated tools without authorization

All content available on FLE.re (texts, courses, exercises, audio, videos, illustrations, source code, interface) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to FLE.re or its licensors.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content for personal learning purposes only. Any other use, particularly commercial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

The trademarks, logos, and domain names displayed on FLE.re are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at any time on our site. We are committed to respecting GDPR and protecting your privacy.

Your data is hosted on secure servers located in France and is protected. It is used only to provide and improve our services.

Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages resulting from proven fault on our part, up to the amount of your annual subscription.
